Job Description:
Collect data from assigned areas which include both formal actors, regional beneficiaries, local communities, and etc.
Interview respondents for the surveys, approaching potential respondents, assessing their willingness to participate in the survey, and completing survey questionnaires to collect data.
Conduct in–depth interview, focus group discussion and household level survey.
Validate proposed questionnaires through field testing before the rollout of the survey.
Performs drafting work as required.
Taking interviews according to the questioner.
Visiting individuals according to the list provided by the supervisor.
Participate in other data collection activities such as short trainings if necessary.
Visiting individuals according to the list provided by the supervisor.
Ensure that the quality of data collection is at optimal level.
Conduct a visual assessment of the assessment areas.
Maintains a daily record of all work performed, like records, measurements, and draft
notes and gives daily reports to the main office.
Job Requirements:
Be a baccalaureate.
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Adherence to professional ethics in conducting surveys.
Be able to use KOBO and ODK_Tool box.
Fluency in local languages and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Reading comprehension: to be able to understand written documents.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and work extra hours when required.
Communicate information to the members of the team or individuals.
Responsible to fill targeting forms.
