Job Description:
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: FSL Project Officer
Role Dimensions: The post holder will establish good working relationship with rest of Save the Children livelihood, health and child protection staff as well as with community members where the project activities are implementing/Implemented.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Support the project team to select the proper locations for JFP project implementation.
کمک وهمکاری با تیم کاری پروژه درقسمت اتنخاب وتعیین ساحات کاری برای تطبیق پروژه.
Collaborate with Project Coordinator, Livelihood officers, Livelihood Assistants, and MEAL staff to design community structurs like selection committees
همکاری همه جانبه با هم اهنگ کننده گان برنامه ومسولین پروژه( افیسر امرار معیشت، معاون و همکاران بخش نظارت وارزیابی) در قسمت ایجاد ساختار های اجتماعی مانند کمیته انتخاب مستحقین برنامه.
In support from other project staff, support project location and project beneficiaries targeting strategy and criteria.
انتخاب مستفیدین برنامه با درنظر داشت معیارات واستراتیژی برنامه با استفاده از کمک و همکاری دیگر همکاران.
Lead community-based mobilization and sensitization meetings and with support from other project staff introduce the project activities to respective community members and project beneficiaries.
رهبری جلسات بسیج سازی در سطح جامعه و با حمایت سایر کارکنان پروژه ، معرفی فعالیت های پروژه را با اعضای جامعه مربوطه و مستفیدین پروژه.
Take part in the process of beneficiary identification and registration.

Support in establishment of child friendly spaces.
کمک وهمکاری در قسمت پروسه ایجاد مکان های امن برای اطفالیکه در پروژه منجیث ذینفع انتخاب میگردند.
Support implementation of project baseline, mid-term, and final evaluation.
دخیل بودن همه جانبه در قسمت تطبیق پروژه، و همکاری لازم در قسمت ارزیابی میان مدت ونهایی پروژه.
Develop project weekly narrative reports and submit them to Livelihood Project Coordinator timely.

Assist joint monitoring visits with the government officials (Provincial/district relevant authorities) to the project sites.

Support Save the Children’s MEAL staff in establishing quality project documentation and filing system.

Meeting with communities, mobilization, on regular basis

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from high school and having university degree in development studies, social science, or any other relevant technical credential will be preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential
Previous community mobilization experience and knowledge
Familiarity with livelihood programming for returnees, IDPs, shocks affected communities
Maturity and confidence in dealing with the staff of government institutions, and communities.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) in local languages, people skill for conflict resolution and negotiation;
